        Machine overview

MEGA Thread Rolling Machines with Servo control. Thread rolling with two rolling dies in a thread rolling machine is, in effect, a cold forging process and forms the fibres of the metal instead of cutting.

The advantage of this process is not only that it is the most rapid and accurate method of producing commercial screw threads in large quantity but also that it results in greater tensile strength, shear strength, and resistance to wear than threads produced by the cutting process.

MEGA Thread Rolling NTR Series with Servo control provides increased productivity with pitch matching and convenient machine setting.
