        • A hydrostatic guideway system with fast movement, low noise, and low vibration provides high performance and superior accuracy compared to traditional linear and boxway type construction.
        • Equipped Italian-made built-in spindle of which with a water cooling system for high stability. The maximum grinding wheel spindle speed is up to 3500rpm, and is able to carry a grinding wheel OD of Ø510mm. The spindle could be CNC control automatic rotate ±30° for thread grinding.
        • Liquid-cooled ballscrews minimise thermal deformation and ensure machine positioning accuracy, stability, and longer use life.
        • JHT-4010 can be equipped with our JAINNHER-developed “Smart Machine Function.” With this function, the machine will automatically detect the proper grind timing according to the different workpieces, improve work efficiency, and obtain the best accuracy after grinding.
